Downtown Evanston Reviews

Always friendly, and playful with me dog. They make you feel welcome, and provide a great story about Wicket’s (my dog) day.
Availability, caring customer service and professionalism. I trust that my dog is very well cared for at Dogtopia. My dog refuses to stay at other places and I consider it important that she enjoys where she is placed.
Very friendly, and my dog is very happy at Dogtopia! Wonderful place!
Very efficient drop off/pick up. My dog has a great time; she’s exhausted when we get home!
High level of competence of all the dog handlers as well as front office staff. Friendly staff who know me and my dog.
The team is wonderful! Very happy and enthusiastic and seem to get our anxious pup. She comes back happy without any schedule disruptions.
Friendly staff, clean facility, genuine desire to care for dogs.
You guys are AWESOME!!! I know my big big big puppy can be an absolute dick head at times. But he’s a good boy (mostly) and y’all are so patient with him. Avon seemed really apprehensive about Dogtopia when he started, but I have to keep in mind he was like 3 months old. Now you all are the highlight of his day. I feel the adoration for him the moment we walk in the door. I really appreciate the recommendation provided for private obedience training as well. Jennifer has been amazing to partner with and we’re still really early on our journey. Y’all make a nervous, first time dog mom really comfortable with being away from her puppy for so long during the day. But I gotta work so I’m super glad for your services. Thanks for everything all the time.
Kindness and ease of drop off/ pick up. Camera access is amazing.
Super friendly, responsive – I feel like my dog is well cared for.
