Dogtopia of Downtown Orlando has earned certification status as a Heroes for Healthy Pets^TM facility. The Heroes for Healthy Pets^TM Certification Program in Infectious Disease Management provides training for preventative care, including strategic vaccination, and cleaning and disinfection protocols to help maintain disease-free facilities and keep pets healthy.

REQUIREMENTS BEFORE YOUR DOG JOINS OUR PACK

Every pup joining our facility must complete a Meet & Greet with our team before participating in our play environment. Please note that pet parents must have their dogs for at least 60 days before we can conduct a Meet & Greet. We also require dogs to be at least 12 weeks old, spayed/neutered if seven months and older, and up to date on their vaccinations. Full vaccination is also required for spa treatments.
