Meet the Team
Craig Seiden, Owner
Craig Seiden, owner of Dogtopia of Downtown Orlando, has always believed that dogs deserve the same happiness, love, and care that they give so freely to us. Before opening Dogtopia, Craig spent seven years working in the NHL, including roles with the New Jersey Devils radio broadcast and the NHL Home Office. His path changed because of his dog, Brodeur, whose impact inspired Craig to create a place where he could give back to dogs and the people who love them.
Today, Craig shares his life with three Labrador Retrievers—“the loves of my life”—and leads Dogtopia with a clear, unwavering vision: to create a safe, fun environment where dogs can be themselves, build confidence through socialization, and have the most exciting day possible. That vision has remained the same since day one.
For Craig, exceptional dog care means treating every dog like family, prioritizing safety above all else, and always striving to improve—for both the dogs and the team caring for them. What he’s most proud of is the growth he’s seen in the dogs, the staff, and the relationships built with pet parents. His goal is simple: when you leave your dog at Dogtopia of Downtown Orlando, you feel complete trust—and when you return, it feels like coming home.
Nicole Peralta, General Manager
Nicole is the General Manager at Dogtopia of Downtown Orlando and joined the team in 2026. Drawn to Dogtopia by the people, the dogs, and the energy, Nicole loves being part of an environment where she can make a difference in the lives of pets and their families. Nicole has a deep appreciation for the loyalty and unconditional love dogs bring to our lives. She especially enjoys building relationships with each pup, watching their confidence grow, and seeing nervous dogs become excited to walk through our doors. For Nicole, exceptional care means treating every dog like her own and creating a safe, clean, and loving environment where both dogs and pet parents feel like part of the Dogtopia family. Outside of Dogtopia, she enjoys spending time with her son and dog, exploring nature trails, and journaling.
McKinnah Broussard, Assistant General Manager
McKinnah is the Assistant Manager at Dogtopia of Downtown Orlando and joined the team in 2024. She started as a Canine Coach, where she developed a strong connection with both the dogs and their pet parents, eventually growing into her current leadership role. With a lifelong love of dogs, inspired by growing up with Boxers, McKinnah now shares her home with a Husky and a Dachshund. She loves seeing the difference Dogtopia can make in a dog’s life, especially helping pups overcome fears and gain confidence. For McKinnah, exceptional daycare means making sure every dog and pet parent feels happy, safe, and comfortable. Outside of Dogtopia, she enjoys exploring Orlando with friends and is currently pursuing her education in phlebotomy and nursing.
Destiny Daniels, Pet Parent Relationship Manager
Destiny is the Pet Parent Relationship Manager at Dogtopia of Downtown Orlando and has been part of the team since September 2023. Starting as a Front Desk Coordinator, she quickly developed meaningful relationships with our pet parents and grew into her current role. A lifelong dog lover, Destiny especially enjoys getting to know each pup’s unique personality and watching them learn, grow, and thrive through open-play daycare. She shares her life with Dino, her Australian Shepherd, and believes every pet parent should feel safe, confident, and welcomed when they leave their pup in our care. Outside of Dogtopia, Destiny enjoys roller-skating, spending time at the beach, photography, and attending rock festivals.
