Proof of current vaccinations must be provided prior to your dog’s Meet & Greet, as well as before participating in any daycare, boarding, or spa services. We also strongly encourage Leptospirosis and Canine Influenza vaccines. Additionally, all vaccinations must be administered at least 48 hours prior to your dog’s visit. Your veterinarian is welcome to email records directly to us ahead of time, or you can bring a copy to your Meet & Greet.

Every dog completes a Meet & Greet evaluation before participating in daycare, boarding, or spa services at Dogtopia of Downtown Orlando. This initial assessment ensures that our open-play environment is the right fit for your pup while setting them up for a safe, positive experience. During the visit, our trained Canine Coaches evaluate your dog’s temperament, play style, comfort level around new people and other dogs, and overall readiness for group play. We also take the time to learn about your dog’s history, routine, and any specific needs you share with us. From there, we place your dog in the playgroup best suited to their size, temperament, and play style—one of three fully supervised playrooms at our Alden Road facility—giving your pup a confident, happy stay and providing you with total peace of mind.
