Everyone’s so nice. Never change.
Areas are very clean and friendly. They knew all the dogs names as soon as the owner walked in to pick them up. Safety seems to be very important to them and I like that. I love that there are cameras.

Friendly staff and the ability to check on your pet
The staff at Dogtopia, are professional and friendly, I feel 100% confident every day that my dog is receiving the best possible care.
Offer daycare packages (e.g. 30 visits for $600) for those that don’t want a weekly subscription.
Shorter timeouts in crates. Some days it seems like a dog spends too much time in the crate Esp since they already have a two hour crate break every day.
The staff are friendly and genuinely care about the dogs. Cora is always so excited to get there and see her friends!
Downtown Orlando Dogtopia meets my highest expectations and my dog Henry is a very happy guy being a “member” of their group. I am blown away by the level of excellence of this facility. It’s outstanding on multiple levels: the professionalism of the staff, the cleanliness of the entire facility, the upscale appearance from the lobby and throughout, the thoroughness and ease of the registration process, the excellent communication provided throughout, the varied services offered, the kindness and sincerity of the staff, the complete openness of their care (there is a Nest Camera system so you can watch your pup’s experience from your cell phone, iPad, or computer anytime , except for noontime napping.) Henry has the best time of his life there as he is surrounded by screened/ healthy dogs his size in one of several rooms to match the needs of each dog. There are a number of supervising staff constantly overseeing every activity within the spacious, immaculate, air conditioned playrooms. If the pups get rambunctious or overly excited I am always pleased to observe an immediate response from well trained staff in the room who properly distract and redirect their behaviors. The rooms of happy dogs are calm, joyful, and heartwarming. I feel 100% relaxed with Henry in the best possible place with a group of people who truly love what they do and are so obviously caring for each and every dog. Dogtopia is heaven sent…. I am so grateful for this wonderful place. PT
