I thought the staff was very nice and professional. They knew all the names of the dogs and their owners. I like the webcams and that there is alot of play time for the dogs. The attendants watched the dogs closely and kept the play room clean.
Very clean and convenient for check-in and checkout. Lots of interaction and care with our golden doodle.
I like the friendliness of all the employees, the understanding and kindness towards worried pet parents, and the love they have for all the dogs they have in their care.

Dogtopia Downtown Orlando is the best place for your dog. The staff is kind and playful, they work on skills and have great fun activities for the dogs! Which often include yummy treats! The staff couldn’t be more accommodating and their online dashboard is super easy to use. Any pet parent would benefit from using Dogtopia Downtown Orlando location!
