Thorough onboarding and my pup felt comfortable his first time there. Love being able to watch him play on the cameras.

Everyone at this location was super helpful and made my dog feel at home. Penny had a great weekend there. The facility looked and smelled clean and the employees were so good with my dog. I would 💯 bring my dog back here and recommend it to any pet parents I know.

The front desk workers were amazing, they were very informative and warm. They did a thorough check to see if my dog would fit in, and were very patient with her. All around an amazing experience.

Friendly staff and great service

The young ladies and gentlemen that you employ at Dogtopia, Orlando are very friendly and so helpful! They are professional, know exactly what they’re doing but that doesn’t make them task oriented and businesslike! I enjoyed their company so much and was given so much information making me feel that my business was important to them, that I was important to them and most of all, that my pup was important to them. They went above and beyond to show me the facility, show me the app, how to access the webcam, where to park. Each and everyone had a smile, and shared so much information about how they care for the doggies. It was obvious to me that they are all conscientious about doing a good job. I was impressed!

When you can’t be with your dog, this is the place where your dog will be well taken care of, physically, emotionally and socially!
