The friendly staff. And how they work with you.

My dog comes every 6 weeks for nails, bath and deshed. She is always taken promptly for her appointment and she always comes out looking and smelling fabulous! She is anxious by nature but she loves going to “spa day.”

My Bruno (chihuahua/maltese mix) was very introverted when he first started. After a few weeks of attending, the workers there and I decided to give him a break until he got older and try again. They didn’t try to force me to continue taking him there when he clearly was not having a fun time. He went back a few months later, attends two days a week, and with some attentin and coaxing by the staff, he really has come to enjoy his time there. The staff are truly dog lovers and they take their job seriously. Love this place and so glad I decided to enroll my little guy for socialization purposes and to get exercise.
