Jen, General Manager

Jen has been the General Manager at Dogtopia of Easton since the early days, bringing her expertise in business management and her deep love for dogs to the role. From the start, she knew that Dogtopia was the perfect blend of passion and purpose. Jen is known for her green thumb—her love for plants adds a touch of life and charm throughout the lobby. Jen also has a passion for canine nutrition and always staying up to date on the latest research and advancements in the field. In addition to overseeing daily operations, she also manages our social media presence and leads all marketing initiatives with creativity and dedication. Her favorite breed? The Dachshund, of course! Pictured is her adorable assistant, Droozy, who’s pretty sure he’s the real boss around here.

Kelly, Groomer

Kelly was the very first groomer to join our team back in 2022, bringing with her nearly eight years of grooming experience and a genuine passion for working with dogs. Trained by her best friend and longtime colleague, Cynthia, Kelly has built an impressive portfolio over the years. Her specialty lies in working with nervous and reactive dogs—those that others might call “impossible.” With a calm confidence and an abundance of patience, Kelly has a special ability to help even the most anxious pups feel safe and cared for. While she loves grooming all breeds, doodles hold a special place in her heart. Pictured with her longtime client Bruno, Kelly’s work speaks for itself—she’s dedicated, skilled, and has that magic touch every dog deserves.

Cynthia, Groomer

Cynthia joined our team at Dogtopia of Easton in 2024, but it feels like she’s been part of the family forever. With over 17 years of grooming experience, her talent and passion shine through in every groom. Cynthia and Kelly have worked side by side for more than 7 years—and their bond as best friends makes their teamwork truly special. Cynthia has a special love for grooming doodles and is known for her expert eye and gentle approach. What sets her apart is her commitment to client education—she takes the time to share tips and advice so pet parents can maintain their dog’s look and support their overall health and wellbeing between visits. Pictured is a fan favorite, Annie, the unofficial shop dog, who has a new nail color and design for every season!

Ana, Canine Coach Trainer

Ana joined the Dogtopia of Easton team in 2023 with a passion for animals and a heart of gold. Ana plays an important role in supporting both our dogs and our team. As a Canine Coach Trainer, she helps ensure our team provides a safe, positive, and enriching environment where every dog can enjoy The Most Exciting Day Ever. Her leadership, attention to safety, and genuine love for every pup make her an invaluable part of our team.

If your dog has ever stayed with us overnight, there’s a good chance they’ve experienced one of Ana’s famous “Good Night Treats!” Ana takes the time to choose a special cookie based on each pup’s individual preferences—a small gesture that perfectly captures how much she cares about making every dog feel loved.

What motivates Ana? Simply put, dogs! She has a particular soft spot for pitties and is the proud mom of a pitbull named Zoey. When she’s not at Dogtopia, Ana enjoys spending time with Zoey and her cat, Charlie. Between the three of them, we’re pretty sure they could rule the world!

Sarah, Canine Coach Trainer

Sarah joined the Dogtopia of Easton team in 2023, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge and experience in the world of dogs. With a background in dog training, Sarah quickly became a natural leader and mentor, sharing her expertise with both our Canine Coaches and the families we serve.

Sarah has a true passion for helping dogs become confident, well-mannered canine citizens. She loves working alongside pet parents and their pups to help build positive behaviors and set dogs up for success. Her knowledge of canine behavior has also allowed her to create individualized behavior plans for dogs in our care, helping each pup feel comfortable, confident, and successful in the daycare environment.

But Sarah’s talents don’t stop at dog training! She is also the mastermind behind the hot lunches served to our daycare and overnight boarding pups. Every meal is prepared with care—and with a little help (mostly in the form of crumb cleaning) from her two Rottweilers, Kona and Nala, who proudly serve as her very official assistant chefs!

Sarah’s patience, knowledge, and dedication make her an incredible asset to our team. She inspires our Canine Coaches every day and helps ensure that safety, well-being, and positive experiences are always at the heart of everything we do.
