Clean facility, pleasant staff. Good cameras. Would love some feedback on how dog did throughout day, with nap time etc. limited outdoor space.

My dog is always happy to go to Dogtopia and when I pick him up, he is healthy and in good condition. There have never been any issues in the many times I have used their services. I recommend them often.

My dog was there for grooming. I had to call after four hours. Why did it take 4 hours? Someone should have called me to inform me it would be that long. My dog is an English Cream Golden Retriever. I had trimmed his fur months ago bc I couldn’t get to Dogtopia due to medical reasons. When I took him, the tech saw and knew his fur was trimmed and explained to me they don’t cut Retriever fur short. I understood her reasons. When I picked him up, his tail is trimmed as if he has a poodles tail! I never had an issue prior to this visit. However, I do plan to continue using Dogtopia grooming service.

I use your groomer. Gracia looks good. I know she feels better after her spa treatment.
