My dog looked and smelled great!! The staff is so friendly and sweet to my pup, will be back!!

The staff is amazing and my dog always has such a great day. I am slightly disappointed this week that my access to the webcams hasn’t been working, and I’ve notified staff but it’s still not repaired. Being able to view my dog throughout the day is one of the things I enjoy about Dogtopia, so this makes me nervous.

I am comfortable leaving our London in your care. You have staff in the rooms while the dogs are playing. The people that are employed there really do like dogs! Shirley, Joelle and the staff have been so accommodating and understanding. The spa has done a wonderful job. Also they let me know if they see a problem.
Couldn’t be happier. I have told other people how much we like him being there. He is always excited to go and see his friends.
