Continue responding to texts and calls in the evening. I was informed that due to the high volume of pickups, the phones and text messages couldn’t be replied to within the hour when messages were sent. I’m concerned if it were an emergency I would not be able to reach someone.

Everyone is so friendly and they treat your dog like their own. I love how they remember your dog’s name too. Highly recommend.

The employees love for the pets

The staff is very professional and the communication at the Elsmere location is quick and responsive. The facility is clean and doesn’t have too much of an onerous smell.

My dogs really enjoy going to Dogtopia and I love that they are enriched and get a chance to runoff excess energy. The staff is great with them. I wish there were discounts (multi-dog, senior citizen, etc.) so I could afford to bring them more often as I am sure they benefit from this playtime.

Everyone is so friendly and understanding my girl dog Venus gets nervous she can be a handful but everyone is so kind and patient coda my boy dog is old and everyone is also kind and patient with him

The staff there ALWAYS take care of our little Cinnamon. I have no problem going out of town or dropping her off there, because they seem to love her so much. They also send pictures during her visit. Awesome crew!
