Felt welcome at my meet and greet. Everyone was very nice and answered my questions.

Everyone is so nice! They know every dog’s name coming in, even if we haven’t been there in couple weeks. Gus loves Dogtopia of Elsmere!

I love all of the employees who take such good care of my dog. They genuinely care about about them, which can be a very long day. They are very flexible with my schedule.

The friendly staff. They are as excited to see my pet as much as i am. They are patient with my dumb questions. I have not put my
Dog in daycare before. Moose is a very special boy, he has had a very ruff life from the day of birth. He is one year old and finally has the love and family he deserves. I am lucky to have him. I am thankful your staff feels the same way! Thank you. I did wish they get more potty breaks. That’s the only thing. But so far so good.

You are very good for my dog and she loves going there and playing with the other
dogs to get so much of the energy out of her. She is always happily tired when she
comes home. Your people are always very nice.
Probably impossible but would be nice if it did not smell so bad in there.
When the dogs come out, they really smell. Not sure how you
fix that but know I need to walk her around in the grass a long time before
she can come in the house to try to get the smell off her paws so it does
not get on the furniture.

The staff is great, the options available for the dogs. Food and treats

I love Dogtopia! My dog gets so excited whenever I tell him we are going! The staff is super friendly and my dog loves them!
