Very friendly and had open communication the entire time about my dog and how she was doing.
I love the webcams! I can check in on my pup pretty much at any time. This was his first boarding. I could see he was shy at first, but by day 2 he was playing with the other dogs. It was very relieving to see he was doing so well.
We like Dogtopia so far. The dogs seem to enjoy going and we like the picts posted on Instagram and Facebook.
One thing that could use some improvement are the cameras. The few times we logged in to view, it doesn’t connect. The angle of the camera is poorly located (very dim from camera view) in the large dog room as well.
Pleasant and professional staff, webcams and my dog is always anxious to be there.
My pup LOVES it here. He loves the staff, they love him back, and he’s always on 10 in the car on the way in the morning. When I pick him up, he’s still on 10, but much more tired. Appreciate y’all!
