Make your entry lounge smell better, it doesn’t make your facility seem very clean and sanitary.
I like Jilly too be able to be herself and not have to feel like she needs to protect all the time. She can just be her and go play with other fur babies.

My dog comes home covered in black smudges (from the floor?) and smelling like straight urine
The staff is warm and efficent. The facility is clean and in a good location. THe main lobby area could have more fresh air.
