My dog comes home covered in black smudges (from the floor?) and smelling like straight urine
The staff is warm and efficent. The facility is clean and in a good location. THe main lobby area could have more fresh air.
The Elsmere team are awesome! Everyone is friendly, helpful and caring. We’ve taken Niko to several daycares but Dogtopia stands out on all levels. We never worry or feel he’s slighted and know hes taken care of as we’d care for him. These folks are top notch!!
Everything they take amazing care of my dog and know how to tore him out
I wish the space was bigger because there seemed to be quite a few dogs in each of the rooms. Also, they sprayed my dog down with a perfume before asking me to do so. And it actually made her smell worse. Other than that, the staff is very nice, I feel like they do care about the animals in their care, and my dog comes home very happy and she looks forward to going.
The girls at the front desk really seem to enjoy being with the dogs. And my dog is always happy to see them.
Staff is very friendly and take very good care of the dogs.
