The staff was very friendly. I left a message and Gemma called me right back to schedule Cookies grooming appointment. This was my first time at Dogtopia! I met Diana and explained everything that I wanted done and the front desk staff told me that she would be done at noon. They called me exactly at noon and when I went to pick her up, she looked beautiful!! This will definitely be my permanent groomer!! Excellent representation of Dogtopia!
