Friendly staff

The attention that the dogs get…

Lucas knows when I’m driving down the road to the facility and gets excited. I can watch him and his interactions on the live feed and it makes me feel secure. The staff love him and tell me how he does during the day. I feel that he is being looked after very well by the staff and they gush over him when he enters the facility. I’m just happy I have a place I can send Lucas and feel he will be taken care of and kept safe while I am away.

The lobby smells really bad.

I had my first experience with Dogtopia last week and have already referred 4 people! The staff is AMAZING! Super knowledgeable about dogs, but also intuitive to the needs of my pups. While my dogs were having their temperament assessment, Anaise (forgive the spelling) went through the various programs and pricing. My boys were awesome and Larissa, who conducted the assessment, gave a detailed report about their reaction and behavior. They ended up staying for the afternoon and had SOOOO much fun! I know this because I was sent a link to the playroom and could watch them in real time! Definitely recommend to anyone who wants to socialize their dogs in a safe and caring environment.

Weekend availability and hours of availability, staff are kind, I know my dog is safe because he can’t stay alone for more than 3 hours.

Everyone is so kind and respectful. Such a nice place to take our dog.

I love being able to see our dog on video while we are away. I especially like seeing our dog receiving attention from the people in the room
with the dogs. The facility is clean and the staff is friendly. Our dog never loses weight when she’s boarded and she has her normal scent when we pick her up.
