My dog loves going to Dogtopia. All I have to do is say, “do you want to go see the dogs?” and he runs to the door to go to Dogtopia!

Everyone is so personable…after my first visit they know who my dog is and share how her day was…and it’s genuine as it is consistent with what I see throughout the day on video. There is constant supervision of the dogs which is reassuring. The facilities are clean and constantly being cleaned. The special events are also fun. My dog was very insecure starting at Dogtopia and has taken quite a while to warm up and everyone was so patient with her.

The staff is absolutely great! Couldn’t be happier knowing Heff is in great place with great people!!

The owner and staff treat all their clients with a personal individual touch. They know the personalities of every individual dog and show so much care about the well-being of the animals they look after.

I liked my first experience with Dogtopia. However, I’m used to the cameras in a facility always being on and the dogs having the ability to go inside/outside at will. I do like that you make them take a rest mid-day, although it’s not too convenient that you cannot pick them up during that time. The cost of Dogtopia is several dollars more per day than at other doggie daycares/boarding facilities.

The staff that cares for our pups is first rate! You can see it and feel it in everything they do. Their communications and follow up is excellent. Don’t change a thing!
