Turnover has really increased lately. New hires have all been nice enough, and I haven’t had any truly negative interactions, but it feels like brand new faces every day. Some are friendlier than others. The prior “crew” that seems to all have left a couple months ago are very missed. The greetings used to be warmer and more personal, it’s been awhile since myself or my pup who has been coming since 2022 has been recognized. Kelsey, Jenna, Jacklyn – they all were so nice and my dog would get so excited when I dropped her off and she saw them. My pups excitement level is not what it used to be when she would realize where we were. Overall again everything has been fine, scheduling is easy, drop/pickup is efficient, etc., and I would still recommend dogtopia, but the change in staff has made a noticeable difference. I don’t blame the new hires themselves – but I do question management a bit for why turnover is so high the past few months.

The obvious appearance that you really love dogs by your actions. I’ve only been bringing my Husky here about 2 weeks and I can’t find anything I don’t like. I watch on the webcams, and I see the dogs having fun and cared for by the Dogtopia staff.

The staff was very friendly and competent, making Ava (our sweet dog) and me feel comfortable. I loved getting an update and a picture of our first day to see how great she was doing!
