I like how friendly the staff is and very welcoming to my dogs. It feels great when I have to leave them behind, that I know they are going to have fun and be genuinely cared for. I also like the ease of my card on file and the email communications.
Have only used Dogtopia 3 days so far but my 4 legged baby seems to have fun. He is getting rid of energy. He seems calmer at home. Everyone there seems to enjoy the jobs.
I am able to watch on the dog cam.
I am planning on using Dogtopia for boarding in the future and I have stopped using places due to the way they just took the dogs back. I have no issues with the staff who leads Loki to the back. He goes with them without even looking back so much for love for his mommy.
Always accommodating. Went the extra mile and had Jessie back a second time to finish her nails.
