We love Dogtopia. Our dog Lucy cant wait to go there and the people who work there are great.

Our dog loves going to Dogtopia. He’s not too sure wen we first get him in the car but when we turn into the Aldi parking lot he gets very excited. He just knows what lies ahead, Everything is just great.

Webcams always seem to have trouble. More consistency would be great.

The employees are very professional and thorough with making sure the daycare would be a good fit for my puppy. I appreciate the transparent communication and the knowledge provided at our visit. I have never used doggy daycares before and the staff was very helpful with addressing my concerns. The only thing I did not expect was for my pup to come home smelling like she had been covered in urine. Otherwise, I highly recommend this location.
Frienfly staff, dogs seem happy and well cared for. Accidents cleaned quickly
Staff was knowledgeable and provided a clear understanding of dogs. I went for a meet and greet and was nervous when I learned that dogs are crated at night. This worries me because my dog is a rescue and had a bad experience with crates. I believe that the young family kept him in a crate while they were away at work. When we adopted Henry he had severe separation anxiety. For four years we have worked with his vet and for two years with an animal behaviorist. He is better now. But a couple of years ago when he was boarded he was placed in a crate and injured himself trying to get out. We have a crate but it’s seldom used and not for long periods. It’s for when I have service individual in for home maintenance it’s for their consideration. Henry has bark at them but then settles down. The door is not shut on the crate at other times so he can enter and exit it on will.
I was not sure how Henry would do at Dogtopia when crated. But I was told he was alright when he saw the other dogs were alright with being in the crate. I still have some uneasy thoughts about the crate.
Friendly, accommodating staff and my dog LOVES attending daycare and boarding!
