I love how friendly and caring all the staffs are with Chi. I always feel comfortable leaving him there because i know he’s safe, well cared for and getting plenty of attention. I appreciate the updates they give me, it gives me assurance and peace in mind knowing that he’s happy and having a good time with the staffs.

Friendly staff! And my dog loves it
Staff is always very kind, patient and understanding… It takes a while for my dog to warm up to people and they didn’t pressure her at all. They understand dog body language so they let my dog meet them at her own pace. Now, my dog loves seeing the staff when we go in for daycare and will even let them give her love/pets!
1 – More consistent functioning of the Romper and Gym webcams. They are quite glitchy. (Toybox works well.)
2 – Improve the presentation of the email with charges. It’s hard to read and often doesn’t match the charges shown on the front desk computer. (This may be a corporate problem to fix.)
My dog loves it there. He gets the zoomies when he realizes we’re going there. The staff is friendly and they really love the dogs.
