Friendly, courteous very pet focused. I have felt comfortable leaving my pets with them, even being new. I am happy I found Dogtopia for my pups. I love the cameras so I can check on my pups all day!

I think it would be great if Saturdays could be open earlier than 10. I feel like 9 would be a lot more accessible.

For weeks that have closures for holidays, I feel like it doesn’t make sense to always be charged full price. New Years Eve having shortened hours would make a lot more sense than being closed completely.

There seems to be a lot of additional things to purchase lately when they used to just be a perk of spending $140+ weekly on enrollment. I think it would be best to just advertise the additional things and allow myself to inquire if interested rather than be asked every time if I want my pet to have something. It makes me feel pressured to say yes when I get put on the spot because I feel bad turning it down.

The price has increased immensely since I first started bringing my dog, but I feel like there haven’t been improvements to my pets care that reflect the need to increase $40 to the price per week.

I was really happy with care but the double price increase in the past year has had me looking for other options. I understand cost changes but twice in 1 year was steep.

I know my dogs will be supervised and well taken care of.
