“ smiley Lucy “ .. that shows me that your staff really care !!! I know I only bring Lucy once a week, but I think she is learning to socialize and appreciate the attention that she gets! I’m a dog walker and I always highly recommend you guys to my clients if they’re looking for great care. Thanks again and keep doing great work. Flexible schedule and friendly staff
Attention to detail, enthusiasm when meeting our dog during the first grooming and meet and greet. I appreciate the ability to observe on the cameras and was impressed with these staff’s attention all the dogs in the toybox especially as our dog was introduced to the group.
Stick to appointment time. I have a full schedule and depend on my appointment time to be accurate.
