Prices are high for services especially spa and the website doesn’t work half the time. I’ve had to provide shot records three times because people didn’t input the information as they said they would.
Kind caring staff that wants what is best for your dog.

I’ve given written requests that don’t seem to be being fulfilled- twice.
If your staff isn’t going to help with these requests- done for the overall comfort of my dog, then I’ll stop writing them- and perhaps find another provider.
I’m not angry- but miffed.
Your staff does seem to take care of my dog’s basic needs.
Last- your webcams are frustrating- sometimes they work sometimes they don’t. And the functionality is not related to your company’s working hours. I’m talking about normal hours when they should be working.
The staff is always so friendly and my dog comes home happy and safe.
