Friendly, professional, sweet to our pup, we liked the idea of the meet and greet for the first visit. The staff made sure our puppy felt comfortable while acclimating to the new environment. They also communicated with us how he was doing through the process.

Everyone is SO friendly and helpful and Eddie has been a few times but knows when we are headed that direction! 🙂

The staff is very friendly and act like they really care about the animals.

I’m not sure that all of the staff knows the procedures if an animal does not go all of the days they are scheduled for. Example: On the Thanksgiving holiday and the facility was closed on Friday, which is a normal day that my dog comes. I asked if the dog could come an extra day the following week. On person told me they though the dog would have to come on Saturday or I would lose my money for the day you were closed. Another person said they thought the account would be credited for that day. Everyone should know what the procedure is if the facility is closed on your normal day that you have already paid for.
