I’ve given written requests that don’t seem to be being fulfilled- twice.
If your staff isn’t going to help with these requests- done for the overall comfort of my dog, then I’ll stop writing them- and perhaps find another provider.
I’m not angry- but miffed.
Your staff does seem to take care of my dog’s basic needs.
Last- your webcams are frustrating- sometimes they work sometimes they don’t. And the functionality is not related to your company’s working hours. I’m talking about normal hours when they should be working.
The staff is always so friendly and my dog comes home happy and safe.

Video ability to watch the dogs at any time.

The play areas and the fact that the outdoor space is turf to keep the pups from getting dirty. The staff is always cheerful and excited to see my dog.
I love the webcam option. I also like that I don’t have to pay extra for play time. My pup gets to run around and play all day as she pleases and she loves it. You guys take such great care of the dogs and it’s greatly appreciated.
