The staff is very caring and dog-oriented , committed 100% to their four-legged clients . They keep me well-informed of how my pet is doing, handle situations immediately and fairly . They provide fun and stimulating activities for the dogs that are seasonally themed . We have gotten great pictures of our dog that we thoroughly enjoy. I like the ability to check on him throughout the day via webcams . The drop-off and pick-up times are convenient to meet my schedule.

This was the first time we used dogtopia for grooming and Zen was so great with our boys! They are large golden retrievers and she was very attentive upon our arrival, listened to what we wanted and was done in 2 1/2 hours. They came out looking and smelling great! One of our boys is very anxious and she was able to do more on him than previous groomers elsewhere and she was even was complimentary when I came to get them. We will definitely be coming back! Well done!

I was a little disappointed with the final grooming. The ears and tail were not fluffed up like a normal bichon and the face of my snauzer was cut too short off his nose. I asked them to be cut short but also asked that they look like the dogs they are.
