Great staff, good hours, nice facility

We were visiting family and needed pet care during the day. We are very pleased with the care Tessa received. This location in highland Ranch area will certainly be where we go for Tessa’s pet care while visiting. The staff is considerate and put Tessa at ease. The facilities clean, and each time we picked up Tessa, she was clean and happy.

Great communication. My dog loved it there!

I like that they separate the larger dogs from the smaller dogs, and that they also control the size of the groups and evaluate their temperaments. My dog is highly less reactive and yet when he’s at Dogtopia he has the best time playing with other dogs. Annmarie, the manager is also great with communicating and I really love that there is a WebCam that I can check in to see how my dog is doing, which was a great relief when I recently went on a two week trip

Everyone is so attentive to our dog! Loving and caring! In addition, they listen carefully to the special requests you have for your pup, and they will follow through! Our Emma Joy just loves going there!

First of all, the staff have excellent customer service. Anne Marie and Jessica are amazing! They are very professional and courteous. I gave them a positive review and Anne Marie contacted me to offered Hildr a free bath with nail trim with a frozen Kong treat! Staff are very attentive to customer’s needs and responsive in e-mails and telephone calls. I’ve been taking Hildr, my almost 2 yr old German Shepherd to them for the past 7 months now and she is always super excited to go there every time. She comes home and she falls asleep like a baby all night which is perfect! She has found so many friends to play with so I’ve signed her up 3 times a week now. She always comes back happy and tired which makes us happy! They also have all these cool special events such as Bacon bash day and hotdog day. They snapped a couple of cute pics of Hildr eating her bacon. They also spray the dogs in their back yard with a hose, so Hildr has learnt how to overcome her fears of water sprinklers. I also love their floor mats are nice for dogs with hip problems. Another great plus always is Dogtopia might be the only doggie daycare that has webcams for us to check on how our pups are doing.

My dog is comfortable there and the staff is friendly and caring.
