The friendliness and professionalism of the staff.
I was really glad I was able to come back there and be with my dog while she was getting groomed. She has really bad anxiety and doesn’t like me leaving her alone.

Absolutely everything!!! Great staff who love our fur babies as much as we do!! Lots of fur friends and activities for learning best behaviors! Healthy and yummy food services are also a huge plus!
