⚡ What the Front Desk Role Looks Like (The Day-to-Day):

  • Welcome the Pack: Greet every Pet Parent and pup walking through our doors with incredible energy and an enthusiastic attitude!

  • Be the Communicator: Answer Pet Parent questions confidently over the phone, in person, and via quick text/email responses.

  • Match Pups to Packages: Guide pet parents through our daycare enrollments and upsell fun spa packages to ensure their dogs get the absolute most out of their stay.

  • Smooth Logistics: Manage seamless check-ins and check-outs for our daycare and boarding dogs.

  • Multitask Like a Pro: Thrive in a fast-paced environment where you are managing the lobby, checking schedules, and handling customer inquiries all at once.
