The staff is so friendly and accomodating to our needs and they know my puppy by sight they take good care of Milo. Milo arrives early and is greeted with love everything
Staff is great through every step of the process for registering your fur baby to communicating the needs or care, they have insight to all that is necessary. After first day I was surprised to receive a little packet with even more info about my sweethearts first visit and a a cute report card on how she did with staff, other dogs, behavior and more. I’d love to take her again as soon as I have the chance!
We love the staff! Always so friendly and eager to help. Our dogs are always excited to go to Dogtopia to play!
The staff is the best. We had our meet and greet yesterday with Sam and she was amazing. Our kiddo Kobe enjoyed his first day with new friends. Kennedy was awesome and very patient with me as I was a little nervous leaving Kobe for the first time.

I love everything about Dogtopia Cypress, it’s been a wonderful experience every time. My only thing is; I would like to be told when an injury to my dog has been made. Yesterday I noticed a large scratch completely across her face when we arrived home after pickup from boarding. I understand dogs like to roughhouse, I would just like to be given a light review of how her stay went and if there is anything to take note of (like the scratch on her face), when you are returning my dog to me. Thanks!
