Really like the care and attention my dog receives at Dogtopia. They really wanted to get to know her and learn what her needs, likes, dislikes and habits are. Great services at Dogtopia.

Emily, the puppy trainer expert :-), was so incredibly friendly and answered all of our questions. She is absolutely knowledgeable and was more than happy to explain the process and told us specifically what the puppy classes would entail. When you have impeccable customer service, that is genuine from a person who truly loves their job and is passionate about what they do, they make you feel valued, and you know your dog will be in the best of care, that means everything. We will definitely continue to use Dogtopia because of the customer service we received, and we will also recommend Cypress Dogtopia to others. We are so excited to start the puppy class with Emily!

I love the way the Dogtopia team loves and cares for my dog. I watch Rocco online whenever he is there. They don’t know i’m watching, but if I didn’t know any better, I would believe that they did. It’s like you do better when you know someone is watching. However, they don’t know I’m watching and they do a great job with him in spite of. My dog has challenges, which is why I worry about him all the time, whether or not they will show him love and patience like they do the other dogs. And they do. He loves going to “school”, hanging out with his pack in the City. But I worry sometimes that they don’t care as much about him as they do the other nice, cute dogs. But they do care about him and that makes my heart so so happy.

If you worry about your baby, then take him or her to Dogtopia so you won’t have to worry about him or her any more.

They treat your fur baby as if it was their own. Baxter is always so excited as soon as I pull in the parking lot. The entire staff is so friendly and caring.
