Your service is very personal. They know the dogs by name. They know their personalities and mannerisms. Leaving a dog at daycare is like leaving a child and the fact that I feel like I am leaving them with family means the world to me.
My Maddy loves her Dogtopia! The best canine caregivers who go above and beyond! She always has a wonderful time at daycare.
The hours and fun activities. The facility is clean and the dogs are friendly with each other. Galleria staff is wonderful and always welcoming to Max. He gets excited as soon as I drive up for drop off.

Use all three rooms rather than only 2 which is making the Hermann Park room look crowded.
This allows for smaller dogs to not be confined with medium dogs.
Improve the camera in Hermann Park–half the room can not be seen.

Staff was very friendly, attentive and caring towards my dog.
Foremost, got to applaud the staff whom have been just amazing from their positive attitude in welcoming me and Rosco, their knowledge and experience and showing they can be trusted caring for Rosco, especially in returning missed calls!
The staff at the (Galleria location) in just 2 days have transformed, somehow Rosco’s behavior because when he gets home- he seems very calm and relaxed, (which shows that he has had an exciting day), and usually he has too much energy. I appreciate that a whole lot especially when I can also relax when I get home after a long day.
