Super friendly staff, I feel very comfortable knowing Bo is in great hands. I really like that I can check in on him through the webcam access.
Absolutely amazing! Everyone was so helpful and accommodating. They handle all of my issues with ease. We traveled for Louisiana and will definitely be coming back and using this location again.
Since you first opened everyone has been friendly but more, take great care of mine and everyone elses “baby”….you just leave and feel secure your pup is going to be well taken care of.
My dog’s allergies were pretty bad when she came back home. She had a small patch of fur missing on her side from (I’m assuming) her scratching or biting frequently. I’m concerned she may have gotten dehydrated during her time there. I have questions about how often she had access to water.

I love Dogtopia and have taken my furbaby to several locations. It is truly my preferred sitter outside of family members.
I typically do not do Sunday pickups and did not realize that I could only pick up on Sunday from 12-2. That is definitely my fault for not checking. I was late to pick up my dog and kept frantically calling to no avail starting at around 2:03 p.m.
Thankfully I was able to sit outside and wait until someone walked out of the building, but I think a courtesy call would have been good to make sure that my dog was still being picked up – especially since she was only booked through Sunday.
It was harrowing for me because I don’t live in Houston and was faced with the possibility of having to stay over an additional night if I had not been able to get my dog.
It was a lesson learned for me for sure – but again – I think there should have been a courtesy call. Thanks!
