I like that Olive loves coming to Dogtopia. When I am out of the city for work, I never worry about Olive bc I know she is having fun, well loved and looked after.

My only frustration is that we can’t bring our kitty. It’s time to open Catopia! 🙂

Winnie loves it there. She gets a structured environment where she can play and enjoy interacting with the staff. She always leaves tired and happy which helps a lot with boredom and destructiveness at home. I’ve even noticed she is less prone to barking at the door for every sound she hears on days after daycare. We’ve also boarded her there a few times which worked out very well. My little doodle doo is a happy girl which means I am happy and more willing to keep bringing her back.

The price for two dogs is a little restrictive and expensive; it would be nice for a bit more of a discount.

We absolutely love bringing our dog to Dogtopia! The staff is extremely welcoming and knowledgeable! They create such a positive atmosphere, and we know that our pup is in good hands. They are extremely passionate about the work that they do and we love the updates they provide.

Lower the daycare price.

I love the great care and attention that the staff give my dog and all the dogs; I love the webcam so I can check-in and see how my boy is doing throughout the day; I love the friendly staff; and I love the flexibility that Dogtopia offers with its easy online booking system.

Dogtopia of Kitchener does a fantastic job end to end managing fun times for my pup, and is very responsive via the App and Email which is great with a busy lifestyle. Definitely recommend!

Price is getting a bit unaffordable in the current economic climate.
I am glad you grandfathered the 10 day package buyers as I wouldn’t have been able to commit to a certain day each week. I need flexibility due to my work schedule. I think continuing this program would keep people who have the same flexibility issues.
Opening at 7 am vs 7:30 would allow me to bring my dog more often as i need to be at work before 7:30.

I am happy to leave my dachshund at Dogtopia for a day of fun and socializing. He loves to play fetch with the coaches who are attentive to all the dogs. He comes back home tired and happy.
