The incredibly professional and friendly staff are my favourite part of the Dogtopia experience. As a first time dog owner, I love how happy Bookie comes home every time she spends a day at Dogtopia!

Staff know dogs by name and also know the personalities.

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They helped to calm my nerves as I dropped off our dog for the first time. The added touch of Carl’s welcome sign and his first day report card were outstanding little touches. The facility was very clean, the dogs all seemed happy, the playroom is very large. Watching the other dogs arrive eager and headed for their rooms to play along with other pet parents smiling and letting us know we’ve made a great choice truly let us feel confident in our decision to join Dogtopia.

The app is very good, customer service friendly and quick, and they have availabilities when I need them. Location is good for me. Webcam is great function and gives peace of mind.

Cons: a little pricy, and in an ideal world (I know it’s downtown) there would also be an outside area.

Friendly staff engaged with the dogs all day. Focusing on the dogs, not allowing for the wrong behaviour.

My dog is always excited to go. He comes home exercised and tired. The staff seem to know how to handle these dogs so there is no serious scuffles. I trust leaving my dog with the staff at Dogtopia
