Great customer service and facility. Feel very comfortable and well taken care of. Our Havanese Oliver has a great time! Loved watching him on the dog cams and I appreciated the staff calling and checking in the next day about how he did on his first day.

I love how the humans really understand and care about dogs, and how they are friendly and organized at drop-off and pickup times.
We’ve been to other doggy daycares and kennels in KW, and Dogtopia is by far the best, paws down🐾.

My dog, Zoey, has been going to Dogtopia Kitchener since she was a puppy and always comes home from her day’s adventure happy – and ready for a good night’s rest.
Extremely friendly staff who know and love my dogs! I love being able to check in on the dogs on the webcam. I like how they’ll let me know if anything happened at daycare and how the dogs are doing. I wish I could be with my dogs all the time but this is a great place for them to be!
That it is indoor and cool for the dogs. That I can monitor what is happening via the cameras at any time.
I know my dog is in good hands, this gives me a peace of mind!
