Friendly staff
It’s a bit pricey and I wish drop off wasn’t as chaotic.
Be great to have walking outside a couple of times if possible
I like being able to bring Lucy to Dogtopia for both daycare and boarding; she absolutely loves it there, and the increased familiarity with the surroundings and staff reduces her stress levels while we are away. Speaking of the staff, they are the ones who truly make Dogtopia stand out from the rest; their commitment and dedication to providing a safe, fun environment is evident in every interaction. Thanks for taking such good care of our Lucy!

We love sending George to Dogtopia! The staff is extremely welcoming and pay great attention to our dog. We love the personal updates they provide, and are accomodating and friendly! Being able to check in on George throughout the day is also comforting.
Maui had an amazing first day – watching him on the cam made me comfortable but also allowed me to see just how much fun he was having. Staff was amazing with such a young puppy – I am very happy about joining the Dogtoppia Kitchener family

Dogtopia Kitchener has literally been a lifesaver for our family. The staff here are absolutely amazing with our dog, Momo, and she loves going to daycare every time we bring her here; it’s like her second home. Momo gets to interact and play with all of her furry friends in a safe and controlled environment. Every time we take a peek at the cameras, we see her playing with her friends or sleeping in a corner, which just goes to show how comfortable she really is! Dogtopia Kitchener also has a lot of fun events for Momo to partake in so she is never bored. We honestly would be at a loss of what to do without Dogtopia, we cannot say enough great things about the facility and the staff.
