Availability, kindness
Our dog has separation anxiety, and both ladies working did a great job making Dolly feel comfortable and happy while she was there. They even made a video of her happily playing with the other dogs and called me to let us know she was doing alright. They really went above and beyond for our sweet girl.

I like the workers are so friendly and Derby gets to interact with other dogs and is worn out when he gets home

Our boy just had his first boarding stay here and he loved it! He is normally very anxious when we pick him up from a boarding stay at other places (most likely from being kenneled during pickup time while other dogs are barking). But the open play that Dogtopia provides helped him relax and build his confidence! I also love that I could check the webcams to see how he was doing during the day.
Everyone is great and Roxie likes them all. This is her first time in daycare and they are very good with her.
