Friendly staff
My dog loves the service.
The ease of scheduling and drop off is very convenient. However my favorite thing is how the staff genuinely cares for and shows affection to the dogs. During my busy work day, whenever I log into the app to see what Tessa is doing, she is having a blast playing and getting loved on by a staff member. I would like to personally recognize, Mason. On several occasions, I have observed him affectionately petting on Tessa and the other dogs. You can really tell he loves the dogs and they absolutely love him back! I got the pleasure of meeting Mason the other day in the lobby and thanked him for his awesome care of my dog. Mason was so friendly and personable and told me how Tessa reminded him of one of his own dogs he use to have. He was so genuine and I can see why the dogs love him. It’s people like Mason that build and maintain customer loyalty. We love Dogtopia!

Conveniently located on my way to work; everyone is always friendly; drop-off and pick-up for daycare is quick and easy; for pick-up I’m always impressed they almost always recognize me and know who I’m there for without asking; I feel like my dog is safe and happy here; I live in an apartment so I really appreciate having this available for socialization and exercise for my dog especially when the weather is bad or life gets busy!
