Communication – my dog is deaf and a rescue and the team has been incredibly flexible, supportive, honest, and open to creative problem solving with me.
They took time to make my dog feel comfortable and safe. My dog loves seeing the people who work there, and he loves playing with all his friends.

I am very pleased with everything. Shelly loves going and definitely is very tired when she gets home so she is getting a lot of exercise. But most of all the staff is wonderful and patient. As a first time dog owner and being 73 years old they are always available to answer all my questions.
I am so happy I decided to join their family.
