My dog is so happy at Dogtopia and I love that he comes home worn out because he has so much energy! The staff is friendly and supportive and cares for all the pets like their own.
I think the daily price is a bit high.
Dogtopia of Bel Air MD staff is amazing. They love my furry family as their own. The owner is loving and caring and at the location regularly. I have and will continue to refer everyone I know to them.
The entire staff is wonderful!! They greet me and my dog by name every morning. They answer all my questions and are very accommodating . The engagement activities they have for the pups are wonderful! I love seeing what projects my girl makes for me when I pick her up and the photo sessions capture wonderful memories. Finley is so excited to go to daycare in the morning! We both love Dogtopia!!
Everyone is so kind and clearly cares about/loves the dogs! My pup is VERY high energy and can be difficult sometimes, but they always talk about her so positively and laugh about her personality. She’s played so hard she’s ripped open blisters on her paws and I always get a call immediately letting me know about the minor issues with reassurance she’s ok, showing me they’re attentive to her and want to make sure she’s safe and healthy. I can’t recommend this place enough, and my pup now knows what days she goes and makes sure I don’t leave the house without her by standing at our front door until I get her leash on and get in the car. She loves it!
The staff were very upbeat, friendly, and seem to really love their job. The staff are helpful and made us feel comfortable about leaving our dog at the doggie daycare. The facility host healthy homemade meals and snacks for a fee. There are Webcam which allowed us to check in on our pup. We love it there!!!
staff was very friendly and patient with our pups as this was their first time there and they were quite anxious. They smelled so good after their spa treatments and so soft .Their ears were clean and their nails trimmed nicely
