Refund Policy: At Dogtopia all sales are final. The following instances are exceptions to this. 1) Dog passes away. 2) Dog is excused from Dogtopia. 3) Dog is injured or sick to the point where they can’t participate in open play. 4) If boarding stay is cancelled 72 hours prior to stay, we can refund the boarding deposit.

Boarding price includes all-day daycare play!

Boarding is offered as a bonus service to our established daycare pups. New pups to our daycare must come for six weeks, at least once per week to become an established daycare dog.

Because the health and safety of your pup is our priority, we require a clean-up bath for a stay longer than one night. This bath is a bargain at half the price of a normal bath and you get a clean smelling pup!
