The whole team is great. Very caring for my pups.
The staff are so friendly and welcoming. You can tell they really love being with the dogs. Our dogs sense this as well. Our two Golden Retrievers get excited as soon as we drive up. Once inside, our dogs are very eager to give hugs to the staff and get on with their play time. Dogs instinctively know who cares for them and the fact that ours are so eager to greet them and play is very reassuring to us.
The front desk staff and ROVERS are always friendly and so happy to see my dog!

I felt that the process was easy. I loved that you could see your dog on camera while they were there. Prices are reasonable and the staff was very friendly.
The facility is clean and their online service requests are attended to quickly. All the staff members are helpful and kind to my dog. They remember Jimmy, no matter how long we’ve been gone, and always enthusiastically greet him upon arrival. I never feel uncomfortable leaving him at Dogtopia for daycare or boarding.
