The staff is always kind and caring to our Sophie. They take good care of her when we occasionally board her. The staff seem genuinely concerned about all the dogs’ well being.
My furry little friend always gets so excited when we pull into the lot at Dogtopia! She knows that she’s going to go play with all of her pals and have a great time! Love the fact that you have the cameras and we can watch the dogs interact. And I always see people in there to monitor… I appreciate that. Also love that you gave them a snack during the afternoon rest time… At least it’s an option. Thx Dogtopia!

I love how well educated the staff is. The staff is polite and understanding of human needs and of the dogs in care. The play areas are clean. The dogs are evaluated before they can play each time. They are focused on creating an enjoyable experience for all dogs and ensuring the safety of everyone involved.
Great staff and friendly enviorment. Always helpful and accommodating when unexpected things arise. Dog comes and goes happy!

I think the staff does a good job and our pup seems to enjoy herself there.
I do wish there was a larger outdoor facility for the dogs to run around. That would be my one request.
