Everyone is super friendly and my dog loved it there.
The staff is amazing and is so good with Kerbee who can be skittish with strangers. He went from being frightened to being uncontrollably excited to go play with his friends. At the end of the day I have a tired, calm, affectionate pup! The enrollment, billing and pick up/dropoff process is so easy.
Everyone is extremely friendly. They provide me with updates about my dog regularly. I feel like they take care of my dog has one of their own.

I would love to see a price reduction to be more competitive in the daycare market.
Puppy Playground costs $16.50 for a half day of daycare (no nap time) and Dogtopia is $30 for a half day (with 2 hours being nap time in crates).
If there’s not opportunity to reevaluate pricing, can nap time be adjusted to 1 hour instead of two? I just don’t feel my dog is getting $30 worth of play.

Daycare is available on Saturdays. The staff is prompt and knowledgeable. The facility is clean. The play areas are large. They manage dog interaction by temperment and size. Our dog is happy after spending time here.
