Wonderful friendly service that always makes Carl and I feel welcome
Using a simple anti bacterial soap and water to clean the floor as dogs play would be best, especially for dogs with sensitive skin to dog cleaning solutions.

Evelyn was so friendly and professional — who would not want to sign up.
She was creative and helpful in finding scheduling solutions.
The staff on Saturday were great during the eval process. And AJ had a good time.
The only downside was the location — further than I expected and very urban — parking a nightmare — may not use as often as I was initially thinking for that reason, but surely will for grooming, if that goes well at the end of the month.

Dogtopia Eastside absolutely ROCKS! The staff loves my fur baby and takes good care of him. Communication is always on point. I love everything about it!
Everything is amazing… staff, facilities, staff again. The one only issue i have is the parking and that the two stalls in front get used up by neighboring businesses or people who don’t know that they are reserved.

We love dogtopia! Only few things I’d love to see added/changed over time would be: cameras in the boarding spaces, earlier bourse on weekends for day care, and the ability to pick my dog up on a holiday. Not being able to pick up my dog from boarding before 9pm or on a holiday makes me think that no one is there and she is alone for the whole day with no one checking on her. Also not having cameras in the boarding rooms make me feel like the dogs are spending far more time in their rooms than we are told. I have heard from a friend from her dogtopia that one of the trainers told her that they put the dogs in their rooms at 6pm and leave and don’t return for 12 hours so 6am. I would hope this isn’t the case at the location I take my dog but it does make me question taking her to other locations. I also have been thinking about boarding her elsewhere because of the cameras. My dog does seem to love going to dogtopia and I like the cameras in the daycare however if she is in daycare on the weekends the camera access is limited which is also a bit curious to me.
