Everyone at Dogtopia is AMAZING!!! Lucy loves her spa days and looks fantastic!

More variety of days for activities. My dog attends twice a week and a couple months in a row there hasn’t been any activities on their days.

I think some of the staff in the rooms don’t take cleanliness and sanitation as serious as they should. Unfortunately my dog has gotten sick a number of times since we’ve been bringing her to Dogtopia and I did have to reach out to management a couple months back about some cleaning errors I saw on the camera. I think I saw a similar error on the cameras again yesterday (using the mop to wipe up wet/loose stool), but it was so quick and the video wasn’t clean enough for me to get a good look. The manager assured me that they do train the staff and go over cleaning procedures regularly, but I just don’t think some of the staff are following that. Maybe there’s a way to monitor the staff in the rooms on a random basis just to see if they’re following protocol? Otherwise, my dog is very happy there and we really enjoy being able to bring her.

Tallie loves coming to daycare at Dogtopia! She is so well taken care of and loves playing with all her friends!

Love the staff. Everything is clean, never smells like a kennel. My dog seems happy to go every time. Comes home tired is what we wanted.
