Convenient, dog loves going. Happy and tired dog when he comes home, when we have busy days. Honest communication about what they think is best for you dog to be successful.
Smaller size than some. The people know and seem to really like the dogs. Most important, my dog loves it. He’s so happy to go and sometimes has to be persuaded to go home
The friendiness of the staff. The building: lots of light from windows, play areas, convenient location.
The employees genuinely care about the dogs. It’s a happy place for my pets. They’re always happy to go and are well cared for.

More variety of days for activities. My dog attends twice a week and a couple months in a row there hasn’t been any activities on their days.
