When you make an appointment make sure it is put in the system and everyone knows about it. Not a good experience when you drop off your dog and the staff is not expecting you

They took great care of my dog. He seemed to have a great time! I loved the text updates from the staff and being able to check in on him via webcams.

Very relatable and thoughtful

I’ve noticed lately when I have been boarding Olive, I don’t get any text updates. I know it’s mainly been only 1 day but it’s still nice to get photos and updates on your dog while you’re away as sometimes I don’t get a chance to check the webcams. He does still love Dogtopia and his dog coaches that’s why we continue to return as the level of service doesn’t always seem to be consistent. There’s also a some really great coaches that keep the dogs moving in the rooms, I’m seeing less of them on their cell phones the majority of their shift.

Great friendly staff. You can tell they enjoy their job with the dogs. Lots of fun activities during the week for the dogs.
I am very happy with Dogtopia of Roseville. Wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else.

I love that when I am a total mess or the weather is a total mess there are other mommies and daddies who took great care of our Jovi. We are happy to enter a new chapter but so sad our friends at Dogtopia couldn’t come with. Thank you for all the awesome care and love you gave us all. You’re all very special people and I cannot thank you enough. 🫶🐾🐶

We felt that the owners of this business are excellent communicators. We also observed that they are adept at calmly dealing with dogs that have anxiety issues. We have appreciated their feedback and patience.
