At Dogtopia of Roseville, it is our mission to ensure your four-legged family member has the most exciting day ever in our safe, modern, open-play facility. Designed with dogs’ needs top of mind, our three indoor playrooms and large outdoor space gives your pup the opportunity to explore and get some exercise while they socialize with their new BFFFs (Best Furry Friends Forever).

To ensure the utmost safety, all of the dogs that enter our facility need to be fully vaccinated and must pass our Meet & Greet – a comprehensive evaluation with our trained team. We want to make sure that your pup will thrive in our off-leash, open-play environment with other dogs, which is why this evaluation considers factors like your pup’s response to touch and interaction, their comfort level in a crate, and more.

At Dogtopia of Roseville, we encourage your pup to engage in safe socialization with like-minded furry friends, which is why we have separate playrooms based on size, temperament, and play style. Whether your pup is shy and sedate or rowdy and rambunctious, we’ll find the perfect play group for them! Our highly trained Canine Coaches are there to supervise and interact with all our playing pups. Schooled in dog body language and behavior, our Coaches are experts at managing a group of dogs of any size, breed, and temperament, and can address any issues that arise in a timely and compassionate manner.

Everything we do is with your dog’s best interest in mind, and safety and comfort are our top priorities. To make sure your pup will socialize, learn, play, and exercise during their time at Dogtopia of Roseville, we have three separate indoor playrooms for maximum comfort. They include:

• Toy Box: For our smaller pups and dogs with special needs.
• Romper Room: For our medium-sized dogs who have a bit more energy.
• Gym: For our large and athletic dogs.

Our spacious playrooms are big enough to handle the mid-day zoomies and then some! Each is climate-controlled to 65-70 degrees, allowing your dog and their furry friends to play in comfort. Dogs love to play outside no matter the weather and our large outdoor play area is the perfect place to enjoy the outdoors. Thanks to the constant playtime supervision from our Canine Coaches, we can provide our pet parents with occasional report cards so that you are always kept in the loop about your dog’s behavior, who their new furry friends are, and positive educational methods that you can replicate at home.

Our daycare dogs enjoy 10 to 12 hours of open-play fun during the day, which is split into two playtimes: morning play on weekdays is between 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM, and afternoon play (following lunch or naptime) between 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM. See our location details for weekend hours.

Our half-day and full-day daycare options, as well as our overnight boarding packages, offer pet parents great flexibility and convenience to accommodate even the busiest schedule. While your pup enjoys their time here, we also offer a doggie spa with a range of services that you can add to their daycare or boarding stay. All of our indoor playrooms are equipped with HVAC systems that allow for constant air filtration to keep the air fresh, clean and free of odor and bacteria. We have our playrooms and daycare facility deep cleaned twice daily with dog-safe products, and use a safe spot cleaner for those common doggie mishaps. The compressed rubber floor in each indoor playroom not only helps keep the room clean but is specially designed to aid in your dog’s long-term joint and paw health.

Worried that you’ll miss your pup during the day? Our webcams are the ideal solution, as they are present in each of our playrooms to allow pet parents to see their furry family member in all of their playtime glory. You can find the private stream using our website or app.

Dogtopia of Roseville is locally owned and operated, as well as veteran- and LGBTQ+ -owned by Eric Nancekivell and Eric Hipp, who are ready to warmly welcome you and your furry family member to our brand-new facility. We serve pet parents located in the northern suburbs including Roseville, New Brighton, Arden Hills, Shoreview, North Oaks, Lino Lakes, Blaine, St. Anthony, NE Minneapolis and St. Paul.

You can find us at 2216 County Rd D West Suite R, near I35W County Road D exit, conveniently located for commuters traveling on I35W, Hwy 280, Hwy 36 and Hwy 88. We are just north of Rosedale Mall and NE Minneapolis, near the University of MN, Bethel University and the University of Northwestern, and just five miles north of the Minnesota State Fairgrounds. We are also conveniently located for commuters traveling to the University of Minnesota Hospitals and Hennepin County Medical Center (HCMC).

Our location allows for easy drop-off and pick-up, and features plenty of free parking located directly in front of the store.
