Everyone is so friendly and seems to genuinely like their jobs. It puts me at ease knowing I can trust my dog at Dogtopia. Appointments are easy to make as well.

We are very new to Dogtopia but we loved the facility and the friendly dog-loving staff. Also appreciate the special events and the ‘deals’.

Love the friendliness and genuine care the staff provides my puppers. It’s nice to know he’s safe and having the best time and with people who care.

Everyone is genuinely happy to see our Golden and equally important, he is happy to go there!

I’ve noticed that my dog is frequently placed in the kennel on a “time out”. I do understand sometimes they need a break but it has been over 10+ minutes. This can be frustrating as I’d like feedback, if he is doing something wrong so we can make corrections at home. With the increased cost of daycare, I could easily leave him at home rather than paying someone to leave him in the kennel. And sometimes when watching the web cams the coaches ignore the dogs and are on their phones. I’m wondering if there needs to be more than 1 coach in the room at times as the coaches seem overwhelmed with the amount of dogs.

Also, I’ve noticed a smell at the facility and sometimes my dog comes home smelling like urine/other dogs. This hasn’t been the case in the past but more recently. My dog really loves daycare so I’m hoping with feedback from the surgery, there are some positive changes.

I receive personal updates from the staff. I see the same staff faces who remember me and my dog.
